Aniversário do Alexandre/Alex anniversary

No Sábado, dia 12 de Maio, saimos para comemorar o 32 aniversário do Alex. Pegamos na nossa bicicleta (a minha linda Omafiets) e fomos jantar a um restaurante que gostamos muito que se chama De Knijp em Van Baerlestraat. Ora vejam como o restaurante é agradável http://www.deknijp.nl/Knijp-GB/Startknijpsite-GB.htm. Gostamos muito deste restaurante porque a comida é boa e o serviço é excelente. Talvez porque estejam habituados a ter clientes do Concertgebouw (salão de concertos que fica a 5 minutos dali), são muito simpáticos e rápidos a servir.
Depois de jantar fomos ver um espectáculo de comédia de improviso muito giro entitulado "Me, my space & iPod" no Boom Chicago.
De Leidseplein seguimos a pé até Rembrandtsplein, onde fomos a um pub de estilo Inglês chamado The three sisters. Dançamos muito ao som da Shakira e regressamos a casa muito bem dispostos. Em Amesterdão aprendi uma lição: não se deixa o namorado sózinho, nem por 5 minutos, pois ele pode ser devorado num abrir e fechar de olhos. O momento alto noite foi quando tive de salvar o Alexandre de um bando de miúdas.

Because some friends asked me, I will write this in English as well:
Saturday, 12th May, we went out to celebrate Alex 32 anniversary. We took our bikes (I ride my beautiful “omafiets”) and went for dinner in a nice restaurant called De Knijp at Van Baerlestraat. Look how nice the restaurant is http://www.deknijp.nl/Knijp-GB/Startknijpsite-GB.htm. We like this restaurant because they have good food and excellent service. Probably because they are used to serve clients from the Concertgebouw (music concert hall that is 5 minutes walking distance from the restaurant), they are very nice and efficient and that's what we were looking for because as we had theatre tickects we couldn't stay long.
After dinner we went to see a improvisation comedy show at BOOM Chicago called "Me, my space & iPod".
We walked from Leidseplein to Rembrandtsplein, where we went to a English style pub, the The three sisters. We danced a lot and happily returned home.
In Amsterdam I learned a lesson: never leave your boyfriend alone, not even for 5 min as he might be eaten alive. The funniest moment of the night was when I saved Alex from a bunch of girls that about to attacking him.
It was a great night!
